Celeste Rogers is a chef instructor, recipe developer, food writer, and culinary content producer. She left medical school for the Culinary Institute of America and has cooked professionally for 10 years in NYC, Boston, Texas, Hawaii, and Mexico.

She honed her recipe development and writing skills at America's Test Kitchen, where she created content featured in Cook's Illustrated magazine, NPR radio, and PBS television shows. Her work also appears in cookbooks, product features, and marketing campaigns. 

Currently you can find her teaching cooking classes at Sur la Table or making TV appearances on Food Network and even Inside Edition.
